State run telecom PSU BSNL has introduced a new offer for its prepaid customers in Tamil Nadu and Chennai circle. Under this new offer it is going to offer full talktime equal to its price in all its recharge vouchers and Top-up coupons. This is a very short period offer from 14th June to 17th June 2011 and it is applicable to both C-Top-up and paper vouchers of Rs 110 and above. Flexi Top-ups have been excluded from this offer and Validity coupon of Rs 280 is also not included.
