Is Google adword allows hackers to its first preference?

Recently I opened google search and when I searched word “Adsense” in the google search and I hit enter, in search result google gives me its adsense results and inside adsense blog results and many more.

But when I see in the right side of my search page some think like that “Genuine account for Rs.499 and 200% true adsense account ” in google’s adwords section.
I clicked that link and contacted through mail and bought three adsense accounts in my same name. and all three worked smoothly as well. I don’t know how it is possible. But Google adsense disabled many of genuine account without telling or warning any reason.So adsense is a……..( Fill with your words).
