Apple iPad coming to India with BSNL 3G plans
If you are waiting to have your hands on original iPad then a good new for you! Apple is finally ready to bring the original iPad to India from this Friday, FEBRUARY 18. BSNL and Apple have signed a deal according to which BSNL will provide dedicated plans budled with iPad. It would be available in 16, 32 and 64 GB versions.
BSNL has said in a statement that it will offer special data plans for iPad with Wifi + 3G in coming weeks, But the contract part is still unclear.
The iPad which runs on iOS has a 10.1 inch capacitive multi touch screen, a 1GHz processor and apps for email and social networking, video streaming, navigation using Google Maps, an eBook reader etc. For connectivity it uses Wifi and 3G networks and offers around 10 hours of battery backup.
