MTNL to offer Web hosting and Domain name services ?

While googling for some information on webhosting services, I shocked to see a website named mtnl.bigrock.in . BigRock is India based domain name registrar and web hosting provider. Recently I saw some humorous TV Commercial and online ads of BigRock on various websites including ours. The ads provokes viewers to open a website if they have a business. They are aggressively marketing to capture the unlocked potential of Indian market especially the Small-Medium Businesses.  The mtnl.bigrock.in says that its offers exclusive Big R0ck services to MTNL customers. MTNL which operates in Mumbai and Delhi may be in process of business partnership with Domain Registrar to where MTNL will offer BigRock products to their customers. However, there is no official announcement from either of companies. MTNL may be a good option for the BigRock to capture more Small-Medium Enterprises.

Bigrock offers .in domain for just Rs 99 for 1st year, and its great offer with their low cost hosting plans. They have Mumbai based support center which I personally think is a big advantage over having a website with US based hosting company.
