Samsung Mobiles Launched The New Galaxy S Wifi 4.0 And 5.0 Media Players

Samsung recently launched the new Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 and Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 media players. These devices are based on the Samsung’s popular Galaxy S smartphone. Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 comes with a 4 inch touchscreen display, while the Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 features a large 5.0 inch touchscreen display. These devices runs on the Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS, but it will be later updated to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. Samsung Galaxy S WiFi is a worthy competitor to the Apple iPod Touch.

The Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 and 5.0 support DivX HD, allowing high-definition video playback. It also supports various codec standards including MPEG4, H264, DivX, XviD, WMV and more. The Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 will be first available in Russia, while the Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 will be first available in Switzerland. Both the devices will be gradually rolled out in other countries. The price of these devices have not been announced yet.
